Chris Christoforou
Mr. Christoforou joined PROCEPT BioRobotics in April 2025. Prior to joining PROCEPT BioRobotics, he held several leadership roles at Nevro from 2016 through April 2025, including Chief Operating Officer and, previously, Senior Vice President of Technical Operations. Prior to Nevro, he served as Vice President of Quality Engineering at Thoratec Corporation, where he oversaw operational, design, and supplier quality engineering functions. From October 1999 to December 2014, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Thoratec. Earlier in his career, he held engineering and management roles at United States Surgical Corporation from April 1993 to October 1999. Mr. Christoforou holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and an MS in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
