Mr. Desai has served as a member of our board of directors since June 2015. Mr. Desai joined Cardinal Investment Company, Inc. in September 2004, the predecessor firm to CPMG, Inc., an investment firm that invests in publicly-traded and private companies globally, were he currently serves as a Partner. Mr. Desai is a member of the board of directors of several private companies. Mr. Desai received both a B.S. in Economics and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
